After much debate and planning, New York City launched North America's largest bike share system this week. The bike share program allows people to use Citi Bikes for short periods of travel. The cost is $95/year; daily and weekly passes are also available, which may prove popular with tourists. Not everyone is pleased with NYC's Citi Bike program, however.
