Tolmage, Peskin, Harris & Falick is proud to announce that our very own Christopher Seleski has put together and is hosting a Continued Legal Education program tonight for the New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA) entitled, “What Attorneys and Firms Need to Know to be Successful and Ethical on the Internet Today”.

The expert panel, including, five experts from some of New York’s best in web design, content creation, SEO, photography, and legal ethicists, provide their insight on building a better digital presence that is differentiated, creative, and ethical. They will cite website examples and give insider tips on what it takes to create a strong digital presence in 2017. You’ll also learn how your website can constitute “advertising” and “solicitation”; how to safely describe your services and representative matters; and what disclaimers and recordkeeping you need to comply with the evolving attorney disciplinary rules.
