URGENT RECALL NOTICE - MACLAREN STROLLERS
The United State Consumer Products Safety Commission has announced a voluntary recall of MACLAREN STROLLERS.
The hinge mechanism on the stroller poses a significant fingertip amputation and laceration hazard to the infant when the consumer is unfolding/opening the stroller.
The recall involves all Maclaren single and double umbrella strollers. The models affected include the Volo, Triumph, Quest Sport, Quest Mod, Techno XT, TechnoXLR, Twin Triumph, Twin Techno and Easy Traveller.
If you purchased any of these items DO NOT USE THEM. Contact Maclaren USA toll-free (877)688-2326 between 8am and 5pm EST and you will receive a free repair kit.
- If your child has been injured do not discuss the details of the injury with Maclaren;
- do not surrender the stroller to Maclaren or to the store where you purchased it;
- find and retain any receipts for its purchase
